I am pleased to offer some comments and observations to support a former employee and valued independent contractor, Amanda Garris. I have always felt it a great honor to be asked to write letters of introduction or recommendation, particularly when I find the particular person easy to compliment.
Amanda began to work with me in my Farmers Insurance Agency in 2016. She immediately distinguished herself among my other employees by taking charge of each task she learned. She has a three-dimensional approach to problem solving and often comes up with some new and cleaver way to manage a task or project. Amanda is low maintenance from an employer’s perspective, she takes a great deal of pride in her work. I found Amanda pleasant to co-workers and clients, industrious, a VERY quick learner and a hard worker that always found a way to competently and professionally
handle an assignment.
I have since sold the agency and have from time to time ask Amanda to assist me manage my client and prospect data in my operations of Commercial Capital Network. Amanda would be a reliable and treasured asset to any team, particularly one that could challenge her and provide upward mobility. In my experience, smart people need a challenge, and Amanda is smart!
